JLCC Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jlcc.best, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the JLCC platform in any way, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JLCC.

Your continued use of JLCC following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. JLCC recommends checking this page periodically. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document.

2. Eligibility

JLCC is available exclusively to players who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing JLCC from the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on JLCC or any other platform under an applicable self-exclusion programme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an JLCC account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these terms.

JLCC reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where age or identity cannot be verified to JLCC's satisfaction, the account will be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be held pending review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each person is permitted to hold one JLCC account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, JLCC will close the duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. This includes your legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

Your JLCC account credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — are your responsibility. Do not share your password with any other person. JLCC will never ask for your password via chat or email. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact JLCC support immediately so the account can be secured.

3.4 Account Ownership

JLCC accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to another person. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name.

4. Deposits

JLCC accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum single deposit is ₱100. JLCC does not currently set a maximum per-transaction deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. JLCC does not accept third-party deposits.
• If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed by the payment provider, the equivalent amount will be deducted from your JLCC wallet balance. If the wallet balance is insufficient, the outstanding amount becomes a debt owed to JLCC.
• JLCC does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited to your JLCC wallet in error must be reported immediately. Using funds credited in error is considered misuse of the platform.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at JLCC are processed to the same payment channel used for the player's most recent deposit or to a verified account in the player's own name. JLCC does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.1 Processing Times

JLCC targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Philippine Time. Requests submitted after this time are processed the following business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your chosen payment provider.

5.2 Verification Requirements

JLCC may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal — particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. Required documents typically include a government-issued ID and proof of payment account ownership. Delays caused by incomplete or unverified documentation are not the responsibility of JLCC.

5.3 Bonus-Linked Balances

Balances that include funds derived from active bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The specific conditions will be stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of bonus issuance. Attempting to withdraw a bonus-linked balance before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on JLCC are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or game being wagered on. These rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from JLCC — either on screen or via your bet history. JLCC reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed or where the bet was placed after the official start of the event.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts vary by game type. The standard minimum on JLCC sports betting markets is ₱100. Virtual sports carry a minimum of ₱50. JLCC may impose maximum bet limits on individual markets, players, or events, particularly during live in-game betting where odds are subject to rapid movement.

6.3 Voided Bets

JLCC may void bets in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event result cannot be officially confirmed; odds were posted in error; or the bet was placed after the event's official start time. Voided bets have their stakes returned to the player's wallet in full.

6.4 Disputes

Any dispute relating to a bet outcome must be raised with JLCC support within 72 hours of the event settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. JLCC's decision on bet disputes is final.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

JLCC offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play. These specific terms accompany each promotion and must be read alongside the general terms on this page.

• Bonuses are credited to your JLCC wallet upon meeting the stated qualification criteria.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• JLCC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players suspected of exploiting bonus offers through coordinated betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of the promotion may have their bonus voided and their account reviewed.
• Referral bonuses are only payable when the referred player registers, makes a qualifying first deposit, and meets any additional criteria stated in the referral programme terms.

8. Responsible Gaming

JLCC is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, available through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period – Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (1 to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JLCC. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (including using another person's details)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the JLCC platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on inside information relating to the outcome of a sporting event
• Money laundering or any attempt to disguise the origin of funds
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on JLCC
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming
• Accessing JLCC from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name

10. Account Suspension and Closure

JLCC reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, inactivity, or at the player's own request.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, JLCC is not obligated to return any balance held in that account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player violation — including voluntary closure — the available balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account after applicable deductions.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting JLCC support at support@jlcc.best. Closure requests are processed within two business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

JLCC provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JLCC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

JLCC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: platform downtime or technical failures; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment providers; loss of profits from cancelled or voided bets; or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the JLCC platform.

12. Privacy

JLCC collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using JLCC, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. Personal data collected during registration and verification is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance purposes.

JLCC does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

JLCC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JLCC will notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification at the time of next login. The updated terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification.

Your continued use of JLCC after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to JLCC's operating jurisdiction. Players who access JLCC from the Philippines agree that any disputes arising from their use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts, or the courts of JLCC's registered jurisdiction, whichever is applicable under the governing regulatory framework.

JLCC is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using JLCC is legal in their location before registering.
