This second layer of verification means that even if someone else knew your password, they could not access your JLCC account without your physical phone.

Once the OTP is confirmed, you land in your JLCC account dashboard. From there, your wallet balance, active bets, transaction history, game lobbies, and account settings are all accessible. The whole process — credentials plus OTP — takes less than a minute on a good connection.

Follow the instructions in the message to create a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact support@jlcc.best for assisted account recovery.

First, check that your phone has mobile signal and that messages from JLCC have not been filtered into spam. OTPs can occasionally be delayed by a minute or two during busy periods. If the OTP has not arrived after two minutes, use the "Resend OTP" button on the verification screen. Still no luck? Contact JLCC support via live chat or email and the team can assist you directly.

JLCC temporarily locks accounts after multiple failed login attempts to protect against unauthorised access. The lock typically lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If you need access sooner, or if you believe someone else tried to log in to your account, contact support@jlcc.best immediately with your registered mobile number so we can verify your identity and restore access safely.

JLCC allows you to be logged in on one active session at a time. If you log in on a new device, the previous session will be ended. This is a security measure. If you are signed out unexpectedly and you did not log in elsewhere, change your password right away and contact support.

If your registered mobile number has changed, you can still log in using your email address and password. To update your mobile number on JLCC, go to your account settings once logged in, or contact support@jlcc.best if you need assistance. Note that identity verification may be required to change your registered contact details.
